During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history. You will be asked to complete a detailed history form including listing all medications. Please bring a list of current prescriptions and any OTC medicine and vitamins with you. If you have access to previous dental records and current x-rays within the last year, please have records transferred to our office. Calling Hanna and Carey can make this process a breeze.
