We know you have many choices when choosing a Periodontist in Westlake, OH so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans and may contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Westlake Periodontics does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to submit your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans. Please contact our Financial Coordinator for details.

Accepted insurance plans include Delta Dental, Guardian, Anthem BC/BS, GEHA, and United Health and Medical. We also work with any other insurance programs as an out of network provider. In addition to insurance and private payment, financing can be arranged for services when requested.

Financing

We make financing options easier for our patients through Care Credit. Care Credit give you convenience and flexibility to manage your out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. Care Credit can be used for dental care, cosmetic treatments and even veterinary expenses.
