Dental Emergencies
Dental emergencies do occur and will be responded to promptly. In the event of a dental emergency after hours please call our regular office at 410-235-1233 you will be prompted on who to call. During operating hours please call the office at 410-235-1233.
Appointments
Please call our office to schedule and appointment by calling (410) 235-1233. Appointments are made in advance, and the time is reserved expecially for you. We recognize that your time is valuable and our staff does its very best to see you at your appointed time. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, however we do not participate in Health Management Organizations. We are happy to file insurance claims for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Our office will process your primary dental insurance claims, but your deductible and co-payments are due at the time of service. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or bank cards at the time of service. So you can get the work you need with affordable payment options, we participate with Citi-Health, CareCredit, and Prosper. Please see the Financial Options link on our website for more details about both CareCredit and Citi-Health. Our financial coordinator can answer any of your questions and estimate your fees.
