At The Smiling Turtle Pediatric Dentistry, your child's healthcare is our primary concern. Our goal is to help you get the best care and services necessary for your loved ones. We understand that at times, this care can be an unexpected expense. However, we will do our best to keep you informed about potential costs before, during, and after your appointment. We strive to make the payment process as simple and stress-free as possible. We make all efforts to provide parents and guardians with the most accurate breakdowns of recommended treatments and your financial responsibilities associated with them, prior to your child's appointment.
Your estimated payment amount is due the day services are rendered.
For Families With Insurances
The Smiling Turtle accepts many Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental insurance plans, however we highly recommend you contact our office to verify acceptance of your dental plan.
For our families with Dental Benefits Coverage, your plan may include a deductible and/or co-payment for each visit and procedure performed. Our policy is to collect your deductible and/or co-pay the day of the appointment. We will do our best to assist you in maximizing your dental benefits. However, as dental benefits are subject to change and not a guarantee of payment, we can only estimate how much they will pay for services rendered. In instances of non-insurance payment, the balance due on the account must be paid, in full, by the responsible party.
