Learn Who We Are

  • Abulfaz Isayev
    DMD, PhD
    General Dentist

    Dr. Isayev received his doctorate of dentistry from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine with high honors, and holds one from Azerbaijan Medical University in Baku, Azerbaijan. He completed a Specialty and PhD Program in Prosthodontics from Ankara University Institute of Health Sciences and School of Dentistry in 2011.  

    Dr. Isayev is a highly talented and knowledgeable dentist, touting numerous publications (ten, to be exact!) that focus on everything from bone formation and regeneration to implants. He has presented his work internationally, in countries that include Switzerland, Japan, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Azerbaijan. 

    Dr. Isayev spent several years teaching in Azerbaijan, and currently sits as Assistant Clinical Investigator at The Forsyth Institute in Cambridge. His desire to continually learn and grow makes Dr. Isayev not only well-qualified, but also a passionate dental practitioner, as he truly loves his craft. This is displayed in the extensive volunteer work he has done, providing dental services in undeveloped areas, as well as educational clinics for dental care providers to improve the level of care in their communities.  

    Dr. Isayev speaks four languages, including Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish, and English! 

    Outside of dentistry, Dr. Isayev enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three kids.

  • Harry Golnazarian
    DDS
    Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

    Dr. Golnazarian received his dental degree from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2013. He then went on to complete four years of rigorous training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at MontefioreMedical Center, Albert Einstein college of Medicine in the Bronx. While there, he served as a chief resident at Bronx Lebanon Hospital and Jersey City Medical Center.

    Dr. Golnazarian is passionate about providing outstanding oral surgery care. He is dedicated to providing each of his patients an excellent experience. His practice is primarily focused on pre-prosthetic surgery and replacement of missing teeth with dental implants, as well as extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. Dr. Golnazarian places an emphasis on offering safe, in-office intravenous sedation to patients who might be anxious about undergoing oral surgery. He maintains full permit-A licensure in general anesthesia with the Massachusetts dental board and has his certification in advanced cardiac life support.
    When not transforming smiles, Dr. Golnazarian loves spending time with his wife and puppy, exploring the outdoors and trying out different cuisines. He enjoys visiting national parks, and also loves to travel.

  • Nawar Issac
    DMD
    General Dentist focusing in Oral Surgery

    Dr. Nawar Issac is an accomplished dentist with 15 years of experience who has focused his practice on Oral Surgery.

    After completing his dental and surgical training in Syria, where he practiced for eight years, Dr. Issac relocated to the U.S. and received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at Tufts University. Today, Dr. Issac is a faculty member at Harvard, Tufts, and Boston University Schools of Dental Medicine as well as New York University’s Langone Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program, where he teaches and oversees students and residents in dental and surgical procedures.

    As a Syrian American, Dr. Issac is passionate about giving back to the community. While in Syria, he provided free care to refugees who were displaced from their homes. After moving to the US, he continued to volunteer in underserved communities and helped to curate public health programs on community water fluoridation.

    In his personal time, Dr. Issac loves to travel and learn about other cultures. He also enjoys music and plays the guitar.
