Eugene Shagas

Dr. Eugene Shagas

Philadelphia and Huntingdon Valley, PA Podiatrist

Dr. Shagas joined Chestnut Hill Podiatry Associates in 2013. He received his undergraduate degree in cell molecular biology at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Shagas graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2010. He furthered his medical education by completing a rigorous 3-year surgical residency at Roxborough Memorial Hospital. As Chief Resident, he received comprehensive training in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery.

 Dr. Shagas is double board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He has an extensive practice history and has been actively involved with teaching surgical residents and students. Dr. Shagas is dedicated to continuing his podiatric medical education and training through various medical seminars and workshops. His passion, enthusiasm, and caring personality enable him to provide the best foot and ankle care for his patients. Dr. Shagas incorporates an expanded complement of treatment options to Chestnut Hill Podiatry Clinic for the benefit of our patients’ foot and ankle needs.

When he is not at work, Dr. Shagas loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. His interests include traveling, playing tennis and spending time outdoors.


Albert Mosheyev

Dr. Albert Mosheyev

Philadelphia and Huntingdon Valley, PA Podiatrist

Dr. Albert Mosheyev is a compassionate and diligent podiatric physician serving Huntingdon Valley and Philadelphia communities in Pennsylvania. Dr. Mosheyev graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, where he received his degree in podiatry. Dr. Mosheyev has completed AO/ASIF fellowship in Switzerland and Ilizarov method for external fixation fellowship in Russia. Currently he is a part of Chestnut Hill Podiatry group at Chestnut Hill hospital, where he sees patients for foot and ankle injuries and other problems. He is a member of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association. He is bilingual in English and Russian. Dr. Mosheyev is uncompromising in his dedication to the well-being of his patients. He is committed to giving the best care and establishing long-lasting relationships with them.

John Scanlon

Dr. John Scanlon

Philadelphia and Huntingdon Valley, PA Podiatrist

Dr. Scanlon is the Founder and President of Chestnut Hill Podiatry Associates. Dr. Scanlon graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicinein 1981 He continued his training at the Podiatry Hospital of Pittsburgh, specializing in the medical and surgical care of foot and ankle disorders.

Dr. Scanlon is board certified by American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. Dr. Scanlon brings a wealth of experience to patient care specializing in Diabetic Foot Care, Sports Medicine and Wound Care. Dr. Scanlon is currently the Co-Director of the Chestnut Hill Hospital Wound Care Center. Dr. Scanlon believes in creating a “patient centric” environment with individualized care for each patient. Dr. Scanlon is a life long learner and teacher and in 2002 with the help of partners Dr. Terence Dunn and Richard Ciccantelli established the Chestnut Hill Hospital Podiatric Residency Program designed to support Podiatric Medical Education training for the next generation of podiatrists.

Dr. Scanlon is married with three children, Lauren, Christen and John Jr. In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Scanlon currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Chestnut Hill Hospital.


Terrence Dunn

Dr. Terence Dunn

Philadelphia and Huntingdon Valley, PA Podiatrist

Born, educated and trained in Philadelphia, Dr. Dunn has been providing podiatric care to patients for over 20 years.

Dr. Dunn is a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He employs both surgical and conservative treatment options in addressing podiatric pathology "Patient satisfaction reigns supreme".

Dr. Dunn and wife Janet are the proud parents of Tim, Kevin and Tom, all graduates of USMA . Free time is spent enjoying a growing family.
