HOW DOES A DERMAL FILLERS PROCEDURE WORK?
If your skin care specialist suggests that dermal fillers are right for you, the procedure is actually less complex than it sounds.
We’ll examine your face, mark where the injections will be delivered and provide a thorough cleansing. While the injections are usually tolerable without anesthesia, there is the option for anesthetic ointment or local anesthesia to minimize the pain.
Depending on your treatment and how many injections are needed, your procedure could take anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour. It is normal to feel a bit of sensitivity, numbness or swelling after the injections are performed, but nothing that would keep you from going about your day!
