Dr. John Anders has been setting the highest standards of excellence in dermatology for over 49 years! He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and completed a specialized residency in dermatology at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is an active member in many leading medical organizations, including:

In his spare time, Dr. Anders enjoys his faith, playing tennis, golf, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Timothy Anders has been practicing dermatology for 15 years. He earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo Medical Center and completed a specialized residency in dermatology at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. An esteemed member of the medical community, Dr. Anders lectures to the public and health care professionals on skin health topics. He is a board-certified diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, and is an active member in many medical organizations, including:

• Academy of Medicine-Lucas County
• Ohio Dermatological Society
• Michigan Dermatological Society
• Western Lake Erie Dermatological Society

In his spare time, Dr. Anders volunteers with St. Luke’s Hospital, enjoys his faith, hockey, tennis, golf, and raises his family with his wife, Dr. Ana Thompson.

Dr. Thompson has been delivering the highest quality of care in dermatology for over 15 years. She completed her medical education at the University of Texas Medical School branch at Galveston and completed a specialized residency in dermatology at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She has been board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and she is a current member in many top medical organizations, including:

• Academy of Medicine-Lucas County
• Ohio Dermatological Society
• Michigan Dermatological Society
• Western Lake Erie Dermatological Society

Away from the office, Dr. Thompson enjoys giving back to her community by giving skin cancer screenings through St. Luke’s hospital and offering public lectures on skin health. In her spare time, she enjoys her faith, spending time with her family and homeschooling.

Dr. Krishna Mutgi joined our office in September of 2020, and we are so excited to have the only Pediatric Dermatologist in Northwest Ohio. He earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo Medical Center. He completed a specialized residency in dermatology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He then continued his medical training, doing a Fellowship in Pediatric Dermatology at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He has been board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a current member of many top medical organizations including:

• Society for Pediatric Dermatology

When not in the office, Dr. Mutgi enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys hobbies including playing the guitar, painting and sewing.

Monique has over 6 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Dermatology and over 16 years of experience in Nursing.  She earned her Associate’s degree from Mercy College of NW Ohio, a Bachelor’s degree from Lourdes University and a Master’s degree from the University of Toledo.  She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and  Dermatology Nurse Association. 

Tracy is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years experience as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Dermatology, and over 21 years experience as a registered nurse. Though she specializes in medical dermatology, she also specializes in cosmetic dermatology as well, including Botox and dermal filler injections.  She earned her Bachelor's degree from Lourdes College and Master's degree from the University of Cincinnati.  She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Dermatology Nurses Association.

Hannah is a Physician Assistant with over 6 years in dermatology. Graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a  Bachelors Degree of Arts in Nutrition. University of Toledo Masters of Science in Biological Science concentration in Physician Assistant Studies. Hannah is Certified by NCCPA. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Cathy is a Licensed Practical Nurse with 35 years experience in nursing and 12 years experience in dermatology.  As well as being a nurse, Cathy is also a licensed aesthetician.  She specializes in laser hair removal, microneedling and treating difficult skin.  She received her LPN from the North West Ohio Practical Nursing School and her aesthetics training at the Salon Professional Academy.

Amy is a licensed aesthetician with over 6 years experience. She graduated from Summit Salon Academy in 2017 and shortly after started working here at Anders in our boutique. Amy enjoys doing dermaplanes and Diamond Glow Facials to connect with clients to help achieve their skin goals. 

Aida is a licensed cosmetologist and aesthetician who has been working for over 40 years. Although over 5 years has been spent with us, she has been in aesthetics for 33 years. She studied cosmetology at The Toledo Academy of Culture and then trained at Jacobson earning her aesthetics license. Aida enjoys working with our Trusculpt clients and doing all other aesthetic services.
