Effective immediately, you may may ask questions or discuss your concerns about COVID-19 testing or symptoms to the new Children’s COVID-19 hotline, 404-785-7955, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily. This Hotline is NOT a nurse advice line, but is a general information line regarding COVID-19.In addition, Children’s staff may contact the hotline for guidance on Children’s PPE protocols. The hotline operators are Children’s employees that are specially trained to answer questions about COVID-19.
