There is nothing more important than your child’s health. As North Atlanta’s first and only house-call pediatric practice, Priority Pediatrics allows you to give your children the medical attention they deserve in the comfort and convenience of their home. Unlike traditional practices that limit appointment time to make up for rising costs, we come directly to your home and are able to spend more time on what really matters - your child.
We offer a choice of two levels of health care membership:
Full Participation Service:
Full Participation Service healthcare is for families who wish their children to have well and sick care provided by Priority Pediatrics including comprehensive direct access to your child's doctor. This is our preferred level of service to you, i.e. to be available to your child 24/7/365, as your child’s primary pediatrician. This special relationship requires an annual retainer fee of less than $100 per month* (payable quarterly).
Limited Participation Service:
Limited Particpation Service is for families who wish episodic sick, consultative and/or second-opinion care, camp physicals and sport pre-participation physicals when needed. Well child care, healthy checkups, immunizations and ongoing management of chronic conditions are not offered with limited participation and are left to other pediatric practices within your insurance network. Advice by phone or email without a house call to examine your child is offered when needed and appropriate for care. There is a discounted annual fee also paid quarlerly. Fees for medical services at the time of a house call visit are discounted because of ongoing limited participation in the practice. If you wish, records of visits can be sent to your child's primary doctor.
Services Without Ongoing Participation/Membership in the Practice : This Service is for families who wish episodic sick, consultative and/or second-opinion care, camp physicals and sport pre-participation physicals when needed. Well child care, healthy checkups, immunizations, general phone/email advice and ongoing management of chronic conditions are not offered without Full or Limited membership in the practice. Records of visits also can be sent to your child's primary doctor.
Without full or limited participation in the practice, fees for house call visits are as follows:
- Daytime weekday house call $300
- Evening weekday house call $350
- Overnight weekday, Weekend and Holiday house call $400
Tests and treatments, if needed, are additional and itemized separately for all participation categories..
* The annual Participation Fee is sometimes discounted for siblings and multiples and is reduced as a child matures over the years. Further financial information is available by calling the practice manager at (404) 654-0426 .
