We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Tampa, FL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We are in network with the following insurance plans.
- Aetna PPO
- AlwaysCare / Unum PPO
- Ameritas
- Delta PPO (note: we are not in network with Delta Care, which is an HMO plan, nor are we in network with Aetna/Coventry’s Delta Dental plan)
- Florida Combined Life - Blue Dental Access Max plan (must be this plan)
- Guardian Dental Guard Preferred Dental PPO
- Sun Life Financial PPO (used to be Assurant)
- United Concordia Alliance PPO (it must include the word 'Alliance')
We also accept Aetna Discount/Savings Plan. This is a discount plan, not an insurance plan.
We can file with all other PPO plans as an out of network provider. The insurance will pay us a portion, and the patient is responsible for any unpaid balance.
