Same Day Emergency Appointments:
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone at (805) 987-6167 or email, [email protected]. New patients are always welcome. Emergency patients can usually be seen the same day and most appointments for patients coming in for preventative care may be seen within 24 -48 hours.
Saturday, Early Morning, and Late Afternoon Appointments:
Many of our patients have hectic work schedules and have difficulty making doctor appointments. Because we care, we offer Saturday morning, early weekday morning, and late weekday afternoon appointments.
Financial:
We are happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed, provided by Care Credit. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this time to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does fails an appointment without sufficient notice.
