Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Bohemia, NY so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We accept payment in the form of check, cash, or credit card. We are happy to handle the filling of the claims for those patients with dental insurance. We strive to provide each of our patients with the time necessary to allow for the highest level of dental treatment while using the best materials and laboratories available. At this time, we only participate with Dental Delta Premiere Program, We accept partial payment for our patients that have PPO, POS, and "traditional insurance programs" to maximize their benefits. We do not participate with any DMO/HMO plans.

Our office works with care credit for those patients who desire financing options. We offer either short-term interest free financing or long-term financing with interest.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
