Very patient, explains treatment plan well & has been so understanding as I have fluctuated as to what I wanted. He thoroughly explains all my options, including ones that might not be the best long term but may be better financially or more what I asked for. He wants to make sure I understand all aspects of treatment & long term prognosis before settling on final treatment plan. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, & shows a good command of the dental industry. I particularly like that he considers all the information & clinical information before making quick decisions. When I arrived for my appointment, I was met and greeted by an Office Crew that put me at ease.
When I was taken back to have X-Rays done and met Dr. Egan, I was impressed to see how he explained each step of the treatment plan and how he would carry it out.
