Appointments
San Pedro Pediatric Medical Group takes pride in offering a range of providers and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule an appointment and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of our ability. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible.
Urgent Care Hours
For the time being, we are not going to allow ill patients to walk into our office without speaking to us first. This policy is for your safety and the safety of others.
Insurance and Billing
Please call or email us for information specific to your insurance company and plan. We accept most PPO’s, many HMO’s including Torrance Hospital IPA (THIPA) and Health Care Partners (now Optum), Medical, and managed Medical through Preferred IPA.

What Sets Us Apart
San Pedro Pediatric Medical Group has been serving San Pedro and our neighboring South Bay communities for over 50 years. We were started by David Belzer, MD in the early 1960’s. Frank Brow, MD joined Dr. Belzer a few years later. We have now grown to include four pediatricians and a pediatric nurse practitioner, who is also a lactation consultant. Since the beginning, our mission has remained the same: to provide exceptional and comprehensive pediatric care to the patients of San Pedro and the surrounding areas.
