Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments: Our office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday, excluding holidays. We are able to provide the best possible service to you by efficiently allocating appointment times. In other words, when you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time to specifically address your needs. With that in mind, we ask that you call well ahead of time so that we may find a mutually agreeable time to see you.

Cancellations: Likewise, if you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us as quickly as possible. The time of your appointment is reserved especially for you, and any changes affect many people. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may give that time to another patient in need.

After Hours: Our dental team is always happy to answer any questions you may have. However, should you have a dental emergency after office hours, please call the office at (806) 665-0921 to receive information on the best way to contact the doctors. If they are not available, we will inform another dentist of your situation and put you in touch with them.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans and are happy to do a complimentary benefits check for you. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, credit cards and CareCredit.
