At Middlesex Monmouth Gastroenterology we are always concerned about our patients and their well being. Given the current COVID pandemic, we are taking every necessary precaution to keep our patients and staff safe while continuing to provide a high level of care.
All of our offices are located in healthcare facilities (as defined by NJ Executive Order 242, 5/28/2021) and we therefore require that every patient and visitor entering the premises wear a face mask.
Upon entering any office, your temperature will be taken, regardless of your vaccination status.
If you have been fully vaccinated, please bring your card with you so that a copy can be added to your medical record for future reference.
