Your first visit to Fitzsimons & Hagan Dentistry involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. Below, you'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, and more. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.

We are a Complete Health Dental practice, and that can be new for patients who come to see us for the first time! We do things a little bit differently here. Your first visit will be 90 minutes in length. Our team will do a comprehensive dental exam and we will review all the findings with you. At your first visit, we will also take your blood pressure, x-rays, and photos as well as review your medical and dental history.

Upon scheduling a visit, patient forms will be either texted or emailed to you, depending on your preference. Please fill them out ahead of time so we can expedite your first visit.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. We look forward to your first visit.
