After Hours Care
We are committed to provide 24/7 access to medical advice and care. When the office is closed please call (954)794-1360 and one of our providers will return your call within 2 hours or less. In case of a life-threatening emergency please dial 911 immediately.
Appointments
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. Please notify our office at least 8 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.
