Dr. Villalon bases his treatment decisions base on your diagnostic findings and projected treatment/ management protocols. As a result, we ask that you cover the cost of services at the time of each appointment check out.
Dr. Villalon is a provider for most dental insurances and is a preferred provider for numerous medical insurances
We do our best to provide you with financials at your first work-up examination so that you are aware of your projected treatment/management costs. We will prepare a financial for you for your Dental Medicine treatment and also provide you a Letter of Medical Necessity for your orofacial pain and oro-sleep medicine management when needed.
We will also prepare a detailed case report, which contains Dr. Villalon diagnosis and treatment plan, which is also sent to your referring doctor, and any other health professionals that you may want this information sent to. This includes your insurance provider as well.
We also work with in house credit card financing such as Carecredit and capital One Health care credit and in house payment arrangements are also made for those individuals who would prefer to do so.
