Our office is open and we are available to see patients Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and for Friday hours, By Appointment.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Lakeland Florida,  so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

We reserve appointment times in advance for most procedures, we ask that you kindly give us 48 hours notice if you will be unable to keep your scheduled apointment. This will enable us to continue to serve all of our patients' needs.

Insurance and Billing
Dental insurance is accepted and we will be happy to file the claims for you. Our assistance is provided for you to help utilize and maximize your insurance benefits. Your portion is estimated and fees not covered by insurance are due at the time of treatment.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, debit and credit cards. For certain extensive treatments, we offer a 12 month interest free payment plan, based on an approved credit application.
