Abdominal artic aneurysm

An expandable stent graft is placed across the dilated segment of the aorta to prevent further expansion of the aneurysm. This form of AAA repair does not require open surgery.

Peripheral arterial disease

A guidewire is inserted into your artery to allow catheter-directed tools to open up blockages. Angioplasty stretches open narrowings, atherectomy removes plaque and stenting places a mesh tube to help keep the artery open

Carotid

The carotid artery in the neck is opened and plaque is cleaned out to restore adequate blood flow to the brain and prevent stroke.

Varicose veins

Varicose veins near the surface of the skin are removed in short sections through a series of small incisions.

Deep vein Thrombosis

In severe cases of newly developed blood clots, thrombolysis and thrombectomy can be performed to clear the veins. For severe, chronic venous disease caused by old blood clots, narrowed veins can be stretched open by angioplasty and stenting.
