Our practice accepts only the most highly trained and experienced individuals to join our team. You can be confident knowing our entire staff including hygienists and dental assistants have passed rigorous certification requirements and are proficient in the most current dental procedures. Our office requires each team member to be certified in their field and participate regularly in ongoing education - earning credits each year to ensure they are up to date on current dental procedures. This is part of our commitment to provide the best care to our patients.

Dr Dean

Dr. Charles H. Dean, Jr, DDS

Dr. Dean received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University in 1977. He then attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, receiving his doctorate in 1980.

Upon graduation from Dental College he entered the United States Air Force. Dr. Dean enjoyed the additional training and the travel opportunities as a U.S.A.F Dental Officer so much that he made this a career choice. He retired from the U.S.A.F. in 2001 and started a private practice of family and cosmetic dentistry in Beavercreek, Ohio which is an eastern suburb of Dayton, Ohio.

When not treating patients, Dr. Dean enjoys spending time with his wife Deborah, family, and friends. He also enjoys traveling, golfing and watching Ohio State football and basketball games.

Dr Cripe

Dr. Christopher A. Cripe, DDS

Dr. Cripe received a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph's College in 1996. He then attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, receiving his doctorate in 2008.

Dr. Cripe has been married to his lovely wife Jonelle for 25 years and they have 4 children: Brad, Dillon, and twins Drew and Lizzy. Dr. Cripe grew up in a small town in Indiana and has 2 brothers, of which he is the middle one. He moved to Ohio in 2001 and in 2004 decided to return to school and eventually graduated in 2008 from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He has been practicing in the Dayton area ever since and joined Beavercreek Dental Group in 2017.

When not treating patients, Dr. Cripe enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and is an avid NASCAR fan.
