The first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with our patients and gives our patients an opportunity to get to know Dr. Durbin. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, such as a thorough medical history. Dr. Durbin then performs an initial examination to determine what, if any, orthodontic treatment is necessary. All treatment options will be reviewed and a recommended treatment plan will be presented. If treatment is recommended, our treatment coordinator will review the appointments necessary to start treatment and will present financial details including the treatment fee, payment options, and insurance coverage. You will have ample opportunity to ask any questions that you may have as Dr. Durbin schedules new patient exams so they don't conflict with our regular patient appointments.
Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you will have time to complete our new patient information forms.
