Everyone, including young children, should visit a family dentist twice a year for checkups, cleanings, and x-rays. During your initial consultation at Houston Robison Family Dentistry, you will receive a visual examination conducted by your family dentist, followed by charting and periodontal probing before a personalized treatment plan is put into place. X-rays will also be taken of your periodontal structures so that a proper diagnosis can be made of any proximal decay existing in your teeth that would have otherwise been overlooked.
