Yes, I felt that Melinda was very professional very informative very polite very courteous and she explained things thorough thoroughly for me, and and I really felt the visit was very informative.
The doctor clarified the doubts and questions I had, explained to me about the medication and the symptoms that I present and it was so nice to speak with someone who speaks my first language

My only issue is I've been waiting for important lab results to come back and haven't recieved a call yet
Listened carefully, did not seem rushed, had a kind and caring demeanor, did not jump to conclusions but rather gave thought to what I was saying.
