Dr. Arp attends Foot and Ankle Surgeons Conference
Mountain Home, Ark – Eric A. Arp, D.P.M. recently attended the 72nd Annual Scientific Conference of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons in Orlando, Florida. The conference touted some of the most advanced curriculum in the profession and included such topics as Diabetic Foot Complications, Forefoot and Rearfoot Surgical Technique, Ankle Fractures, Bunion and Hammertoe Techniques, and Sports Injury Management. Dr. Arp also took part in an intensive hands-on cadaver lab course focusing on the latest techniques in Flatfoot Reconstruction.
Over 1,200 foot and ankle surgeons from around the world were in attendance to discuss cutting edge clinical, surgical and practice management topics. The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons is a professional society of over 7,000 foot and ankle surgeons. Founded in 1942, the College’s mission is to promote research and provide continuing education for the foot and ankle surgical specialty.
Dr. Arp, a Baxter Regional Medical Center Foot and Ankle Surgeon, is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
