Facility

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is our top priority to protect the well-being of our patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Universal Precautions are the Standard of Care.

Appointments

Our hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday as well as alternating Mondays and Fridays.

Emergency calls are facilitated through our office phone, extension 6. Please leave a clear message with your name, phone number, and the nature of the emergency. Have a pharmacy phone number available for the return call in case medications are prescribed.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all third-party benefit forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan may be designed with an appropriate payment schedule.

Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

We participate with all of their plans, but highly recommend the 24 months no interest plan with no pre-payment penalties. This account can be used at many facilities such as medical, dental, veterinary, chiropratic, etc. It is an easy and ideal line of credit to have.

Cancellation

The team mentality within the practice including our patients allows us to keep fees as low as possible. We are very proud that everyone works together toward this goal.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. While we understand emergencies can arise, by limiting cancellations you are helping us to accomodate your fellow patients and doing your part to keep fees reasonable. A $100/hour fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
