Certainly, the practice of dentistry, as well as much of our lives, has changed since March of 2020. We have gone to great lengths to follow, and in many cases exceed, all the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the American Dental Association, and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. These include screening employees each day, pre-screening patients at the time their appointments are made, screening (including temperature checks) of patients upon arrival, scheduling to allow extra time for proper room disinfection and to provide social distancing, mandatory PPE, air purification devices in each operatory, HVAC modifications for disinfected airflow, readily available hand sanitizers, and more.
At the present time, there has been no relaxation of any of these CDC requirements for health care facilities, including dental offices.
Please understand that the scheduling of your appointments, in order to accommodate these requirements, has undergone a significant change and we are diligently working to make this as smooth as possible. It is appreciated that you are understanding of these challenges.
The one thing that will never change, though, is our commitment to ensure that we provide you with care that is safe, friendly and compassionate.
