Conservative cast gold restorations are an excellent way to restore teeth for preservation of tooth structure and longevity. They can be done so they are esthetic and predictable. My own teeth are restored with cast gold. I improved my clinical skills using cast gold restorations by participating in gold study clubs for many years and learning from my father Carl. I have done my own laboratory work in the past and have an excellent understanding of the nuances to provide very high quality treatment with these restorations.
