Office Protocols for Prescription Refills
You may request refills via mychart or you may leave a voicemail for our medical assistants at 770-922-5458 x207 or 770-385-0321 x102.
Routine prescriptions (nasal sprays, ear drops, decongestants, etc...) can be called in during business hours only and up to one year after date of last office visit.
NO NARCOTICS will be called in after hours or on weekends.
To provide our patients with judicious use of antibiotic therapy, antibiotics WILL NOT be prescribed over the telephone and must be seen by our staff. Patients who require antibiotics will be scheduled for the next available appointment. We look forward to continuing to serve you...
