Dr. Dawn Rickert is passionate about helping her patients achieve healthier lives through exceptional dental care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University School of Dental Medicine and has since dedicated her career to staying at the forefront of dentistry, ensuring her patients receive the highest quality treatment possible.

With an unwavering commitment to continuing education, Dr. Rickert has achieved some of the most prestigious distinctions in her field.

She earned a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in 2005 and went on to receive a Mastership (MAGD) in 2008—an honor achieved by less than 1% of general dentists. In 2014, she was awarded the Life Long Service Recognition (LLSR) from the Academy of General Dentistry, becoming only the third female in Pennsylvania to receive this distinguished honor.

Dr. Rickert has trained with top experts in orthodontics, TMJ therapy, and dental sleep medicine, always striving to bring the most advanced and effective treatments to her patients. In 2021, she became a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (D-ABDSM), further demonstrating her dedication to helping patients improve their sleep and overall well-being.

Her approach to dentistry goes beyond technical expertise—she genuinely cares about her patients, taking the time to understand their needs and provide personalized, compassionate care. Whether she’s helping someone find relief from TMJ pain, improving their sleep quality, or creating a healthier, more confident smile, Dr. Rickert is committed to making a difference in her patients' lives.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Terry - Business Manager

Terry joined Dr. Rickert’s team in 2010. She is a graduate of the McCarrie School of Health Science & Technology. Prior to working for Dr. Rickert, she was a dental assistant and is also radiology certified. Terry is always available to assist with questions about insurance reimbursement and scheduling in order to maximize our patients’ dental benefits.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her twin daughters.

Connie - Front Office Coordinator

Connie has worked in the dental field since 2000; she came to Dr. Rickert in 2020 as a certified dental assistant. Connie decided she preferred the business aspect of dentistry and became a scheduling coordinator. She works hard to ensure patients have a comfortable dental experience.

She enjoys cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies, Penn State Nittany Lions, and Philadelphia E-A-G-L-E-S!!!

Allison - Registered Dental Hygienist

Allison started working for Dr. Rickert in 2012. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist as well as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. While attending Manor College in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, Allison also received her license to administer local anesthesia. She enjoys educating her patients and regularly attends the latest courses in dentistry. Allison's goal is to exceed our patients' expectations and give them a healthy smile. She loves being a part of such a wonderful team that are not only co-workers, but genuine friends outside of the office.

In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Meghan- Registered Dental Hygienist

Meghan is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Montgomery County Community College in 2012. She started with Dr. Rickert in 2025 after working for 10 years in a periodontal practice. She prides herself on being a gentle but thorough hygienist. Meghan enjoys getting to know her patients and providing them with a comfortable and educational experience.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her two sons, hiking with her dog, and riding horses.

Christine - Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Christine received an Associate of Science degree from Manor College in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. She has been working as an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) since 1996 and joined Dr. Rickert's team in 2006. Christine loves working with the latest advances in dentistry and regularly attends continuing education courses. She is passionate about improving smiles and truly believes our team and our patients are part of her extended family.

When not working, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and her dog Millie.

Sue - Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Sue began working for Dr. Rickert in 2007 as a graduate of Manor College where she received her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification. She loves working with the latest technology and regularly attends continued education courses. Sue tries to create an environment for which our patients can feel comfortable.

When not working, Sue enjoys spending time with her family.

Erika- Dental Assistant

Erika began working for Dr. Rickert in 2023 after she graduated from Fortis Institute where she received her Dental Assistant certification.

In her spare time, Erika enjoys traveling, and spending time with her husband and extended family.
