In addition to in the office visit, we are pleased to announce that Dr. Nazeri is providing the easy-to-use, accessible benefits of virtual visits to all of our patients. The patients who are at high risk of complications from the virus that causes the COVID-19 infection may consider using this option instead of the usual in-person office visit. A virtual visit is a virtual one-on-one office visit through the phone or video conferencing with Dr. Nazeri. ‘Virtual’ meaning that it takes place over an internet connection through a computer or cell phone.
New patients: To schedule a consultation, you can call us at (713) 909- 3166 or request an appointment online.
Established patients: To schedule a follow-up appointment, you can request through patient portal OR fill out the Request Appointment Online form or call us at (713) 909- 3166 to request one.

International and out-of-state Patients: We accept patient from all over the United States and the world. After receiving your request our concierge team will contact you, speaking your own language or a live professional translator. Our team will work with you to accommodate your needs from setting up the visit with Dr. Nazeri to help you with your travel and accommodations arrangement.
