I am the owner of Superior Orthodontics and I’m super excited to serve our community. I enjoy watching my kids play tennis and working with my team to achieve my lifelong goals. I work for fun! I enjoy vacationing, church, and working out.

Hey family! I was born in Detroit, 3rd kid out of 4, and raised by two phenomenal Nigerian born parents. I am a Wolverine from Undergraduate and Pharmacy School where I received my Doctorate in 2007, GO BLUE! Also, the same year I married the love of my life, the owner, Dr KJ! My mantra: WORK HARD PLAY HARD!! I tell my two awesome boys the same thing! Psst. if you want to learn how to trade stock options, get at me! Let’s Get It!

I am Superior’s Office Manager with 18 years of Dental Experience. I rerouted my career path from Human Resources to Dental in 2004. Starting my career as a dental assistant, then cross training as an Orthodontic Assistant, climbing the ladder to Orthodontic Manager and now an Office Manager. I love problem solving and organizing. I have a strong faith in God, love my family and love what I do!

As Superior’s Laboratory Manager I enjoy taking on new tasks and learning new ways to advance my techniques as we are transforming into a digital world. Although Dentistry has always been my passion, I also have a strong background in Management and hospitality. When I'm not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family as my children are the reason, I push so hard. I refuse to be mediocre because I am SUPERIOR!!!

My name is Cristy, and I am the Billing manager. I have been with Superior since September 2021. I front run the schedule, post insurance payments, submit dental claims and handle all patient requests for additional information on their accounts. I take pride in getting claims paid and seeing the aging total decrease. I have been in dental for 16 years, starting in IT and working my way up to accounts receivable manager. Enjoy working in dental and hope to do this forever.

Hello, I am Kameela, the Front Desk Concierge. I have been with Superior for a year. I greet patients when they visit our office. I also answer the daily phone calls that come into the office. I love meeting new people, reading, and traveling. I love working at Superior Orthodontics Dr Kole-James and the rest of our team strive at giving our patients Superior service and we treat them like family.

Being a lead assistant here has been great!! I love sharing my knowledge and making sure all of my patients are in good hands! 11 years as an Orthodontic Assistant and I enjoy every bit of it! The best part is getting to know my patients and seeing them mature, get married or whatever changes life brings! I’m here for it! We are not just a Dental office…We are family! 

Hey guys my name is Chyann, I’ve been working with Superior Orthodontics for almost a year now and I love it. From the first day they treated me like family and helped me grow into the assistant I am today. I’m currently working as an Ortho/ General assistant and also Community Marketing Liaison. I enjoy every moment working here with all my SUPERIOR family and patients.
