Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Summerville, SC so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. Please bring your Picture id, Medical & Dental Insurance Cards, list of medications, and any x-rays or referral slip if given by a referring doctor/dentist to your appointment. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Payment Options
