Financial Policies

Esthetic and restorative dentistry are excellent investments in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle in obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that each patient has different needs and have several payment options available so that treatment is accessible to everyone. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

Payment options

As of April 2, 2002, the government had passed a Privacy Act which insurance companies are using to end voluntary release of confidential information and payments to dental offices.

We can E-file your claim to your insurance company for you.

With E-file you are usually reimbursed within 3-5 business days

Full payment will be required by the patient on the day services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance

I have dental insurance, but I’m not sure what is covered. Can your office help?

Yes. We have the ability to research your coverage almost immediately. Our office manager would be glad to help you understand your policy. Most insurance companies pay a percentage of your work, and you would be responsible for the balance and for your deductible
What is the “usual and customary” fee the insurance company mentions?

We participate with many insurance companies. This means that the fees are predetermined. Other dental insurance programs that we accept fall under the “usual and customary” fee schedule. Fees that a particular company will pay on a certain procedure are said to be “usual and customary”. These companies do not increase their fees to go along with the rate of inflation on a consistent basis. The difference in our fee and the “usual and customary” fee deducted from your insurance coverage is your responsibility.

For your convenience we accept Care Credit, Visa and Master Card - Credit and Debit cards.

Insurance Accepted:

We participate in many PPO plans. We do not accept any DMO plans, Medicaid, Medicare, or NJ Family Care Act Insurance. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. Co-payments are required at the beginning of treatment.
