Preventive Dental Visits
Regular periodic dental examinations, plaque control checks, and fluoride applications are essential to any preventive dental care program. Experience shows that children who participate regularly in a preventive program have a lower incidence of dental decay than those who are seen sporadically. Ultimately, this both benefits your child and helps to keep costs down.
As a courtesy, we will contact you by phone or by postcard when it is time for your child to return for a preventive check-up. If for some reason you have not heard from us within 6 months from your child’s previous preventive check-up, please call us at (631) 351-1540 for an appointment. Remember, the responsibility of returning for dental care lies with you, the parent.
