Dr. Leah K. Lovett
Dr. Leah K. Lovett is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry, graduating in 2006. Before attending dental school, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Florida in 2001. Her education and experience have allowed her to offer exceptional care to her patients over the past 19+ years. Dr. Lovett specializes in restorative care: particularly in cosmetic dentistry and and tooth replacement treatments such as implant crowns and bridges, partials and dentures.
Dr. Lovett has been recognized as one of Jacksonville's Top Dentists as featured in Jacksonville Magazine each year since 2015, and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the North East District Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Lovett is honored to receive many patient referrals from other colleagues and specialists.
Dr. Lovett started her dental career in 1996 as a Certified Dental
Assistant, working part-time throughout her college years. She has
always loved the field of dentistry, and is very pleased to be able to
offer the highest quality dental care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Dr. Lovett opened River City Dental, the first and only privately owned
dental office located in the River City Marketplace, in 2011.
Dr. Lovett was born and raised in Ocala, FL and has been married to
husband, Paul, a Jacksonville native, since 2001. They have two teen aged boys, and enjoy many
outdoor activities. Dr. Lovett and her team would like to extend a warm
welcome to those patients who are new to our practice, River City
Dental!
Dr. Fianna Shafirovich
Dr. Fianna Shafirovich was born and raised in NYC. She moved to Florida to pursue her dental degree and fell in love with the sunshine state! Dr. Fianna earned her DMD from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class and held many leadership roles earning her the prestigious Dr. Darshan Patel-Maverick Award.
Dr. Fianna always knew that no matter what she did, it had to involve taking care of people. She found dentistry to be the perfect way to use a skill set to connect with people and leave a lasting impact. Dr. Fianna utilizes her nurturing personality to make a dental appointment a comfortable experience for anyone.
Dr. Fianna has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry, oral surgery, and tooth replacement treatments. She is always striving for excellence, while offering a personalized approach that takes each patient's needs into account.
A fun fact about Dr. Fianna is that she is fluent in Russian. She also loves baking and has a giant sweet tooth; her dental school superlative was “most likely to take a mid-appointment chocolate break”!
