We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist, if for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Please do not email cancellations. We appreciate your cooperation.

Office policies and procedures

In order to protect your privacy, and the security of your personal health information (PHI), the office complies with the Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, “HIPAA” and prohibits the use of phones and other electronic devices in the clinical areas. The use of phones and other electronic devices are approved in non-clinical areas.

Insurance and billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. For network plans, Catoctin Dental is an out of Network provider. In these cases, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for your reimbursement, as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Payment options

We accept checks, cash, and major credit or debit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
