First time here and it was a great experience. Very caring and friendly staff and Dr. Medrano is amazing . I can tell she genuinely cares for her patients and does her best to make us feel at home and at ease. Overall great customer service at Vanident. This is important to me because most dental places that I’ve been to customer service was horrible and they didn’t seem like they genuinely cared about you as a patient so this was great. I’ve already recommended Vanident to family and friends!

Dr Medrano and her team are awesome and their customer service is outstanding. Def a huge difference from all the dental office I have visited in the past. What I like the most is that they explain everything to you from your treatment to payment. No surprises 🙈 and they are opened on Saturdays 😀. Highly recommend this dental office. Gracias mucha.

Absolutely love vanident! Dr.medrano is so great at what she does. She takes the time needed to do a prestige job, and always makes you feel at home. All questions are always answered with full explanation and Stephanie is always there to hold your hand when things get a little scary. My entire family comes to vanident and once you go for your first visit you’ll understand why.

I had a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Beside being an excellent dental surgeon, Dr.Medrano is just such a nice and caring person. According to my experience, you just feel home from reception to being on the dental chair. the receptionists as well as assistants are professional and nice.

I'm so glad I found Vanident. Dr. Medrano was great and really took her time with me. You're not just another number like you are at the corporate chains. The receptionist is prompt and communicated with me via e-mail, which I prefer since I am on the phone a lot for work. The dental assistant was an absolute angel and helped me feel at ease. I've had a few visits in the last 2 weeks to get some work done, and I can honestly say it was a 10/10 experience. I'd highly recommend Vanident to anyone.

I have not been to a dentist in 20 years and went for a cleaning and checkup. I was very happy with the checkup and cleaning. The best part is had some cosmetic work done after and I am amazed at how easy and how well it it turned out. The cost was very reasonable. I will be going back on a regular basis.
