Please complete all New patient paper work prior to appointment.  All established patients need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment  to allow time to update any information required by our office. All patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time will be rescheduled

    'I am a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist providing Gynecological and Functional care at Serenity GYN & Wellness Centers in Grapevine, Texas. I am a native to Dallas, Texas. I graduated from R.L Turner High School, attended college at Texas Woman's University and completed Medical School at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. I finalized my OB/GYN residency at Wayne State/ Hutzel Hospital in Detroit, MI.'
