New Patients

Simply call our office at 775-826-4422.  We will discuss your dental needs, and set up an appointment that is convenient for you. If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance information. If possible, arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out your new patient forms.   For your medical history, please bring a list of all current medications.

Our new patient exam is based on diagnosis and education.  We will complete a full series of radiographs along with a comprehensive clinical exam.  The patient will be informed on the current state of their oral health and educated on the processes of periodontal disease and caries formation and progression.   A treatment plan will be formulated to the patients’ specific needs, and an estimate can be created at this time.   Following this, the patient will be given oral hygiene instruction and appointments will be made as needed.

Our emergency exams are problem focused.  At these appointments our main focus will become the patients’ chief complaint.  We will then diagnose, treatment plan, and treat as needed to ensure the patient is pain-free.
