          Nurse practitioners (NPs) have been providing primary, acute, and specialty health care to patients of all ages and walks of life for nearly half a century. NPs assess patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, make diagnoses, and initiate and manage treatment plans — including prescribing medications.        Sons & Daughters Care Coordinators (S&D) and Helpmates Telehealth and House-call Services (HTHS) has been developed by and operated by NPs, nevertheless we practice a team approach and welcome collaboration with all levels and disciplines of medical professional which demonstrates our circle of care model. As clinicians, NPs blend clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating health conditions with an added emphasis on disease prevention and health management, 

          S&D & HTHS utilizes the comprehensive perspective and personal touch to health care NPs embody. At S&D Care Coordinators & Helpmates, we offer the same high level of quality and commitment to the healthcare industry and our communities that NPs have given for centuries.
