    Dr. Avidano has been practicing in the Stockbridge and Fayetteville area since 1995. He is board certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery. He was one of the first in the South Metro area to utilize coblation technology to help reduce postoperative tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy pain and recovery times. He also utilizes an image guided navigation system for improved safety and accuracy in sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty when clinically indicated.

    He also has a special interest and extended training in the treatment of snoring and sleep disorders. The diagnosis and management of sleep problems incorporating full upper airway evaluation and sleep studies, together with both nonsurgical and surgical options can help provide optimal outcomes for the increasing number of patients with these disorders.

    • She has been in practice in the Stockbridge, Georgia area since 1999.
    • Her areas of clinical interest include adult and pediatric hearing loss, balance disorders, tinnitus, ear infections, throat infections, allergic and non-allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis. 

    Dr. Durand strives to provide excellent patient care at all levels. She believes in the essential teachings of medical school by listening, understanding and applying her years of educational training and experience to provide the proper care to help improve patients quality of life.

    Michelle Dupont is a board certified physician assistant. She has an undergraduate degree with honors from Wake Forest University, where she majored in psychology. She completed her physician assistant training atUniversity of Florida College of Medicine. She has specialized in ENT for over 17 years, and provides both adult and pediatric care. She is a member of the AAPA andNCCPA.

    Georgia Native, Shanice Shannon is a physician assistant who attended Georgia State University for her Bachelors of Science and received the clinical excellence award for her graduating class. Prior to her graduate studies she worked as a registered respiratory therapist with over 10 years of critical care experience. Shanice has extensive experience working with pediatrics and adults in various settings including hospital and outpatient. Shanice also practiced in the state of California and obtained a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies while in California. She practiced there for a short time before returning home to her family and southern roots.

    Graduated -Auburn University in 2003 with her Master's degree in Audiology, Graduated in 2008 fromSalus University with her Doctorate in Audiology.

    Dr. Christina Luczynski joined Southern Crescent ENT in 2003 as a clinical audiologist and later became our Director of Audiology. Dr. Luczynski received her Masters degree from Auburn University and her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University. She is fully licensed in Georgia. Dr. Luczynski is a member of theAmerican Academy of Audiology, and serves as a committee member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology.

    Dr. Luczynski performs audiological (hearing) and vestibular (balance) assessments on patients of all ages and specializes in the newest hearing instrument technology. Dr. Luczynski sees patients in our Stockbridge office.

    Dr. Adrienne Bowman joined Southern Crescent ENT in 2007 as a clinical audiologist in our Fayetteville office. An Auburn alum, she later received her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University in 2006. Dr. Bowman is fully licensed in the state of Georgia and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Bowman performs audiological (hearing) and vestibular (balance) assessments in our Fayetteville office. She has more than 16 years experience in working with hearing instruments, and enjoys working with the newest hearing instrument technology.
