We strive to provide a unique service in that we are very personalized, offering gentle care, one patient at a time. Our practice focuses on the patient's needs and desires, with plenty of time during appointments to ask and answer questions. Dr. Manning will guide you through a treatment plan that meets your comfort level and budget, then perform any necessary cleanings and treatment for you or your child. Nitrous oxide is available but we have found that with Dr. Manning's gentle manner and touch, gas is usually not necessary.
Working this way, one patient at a time, creates a relaxed comfortable atmosphere and makes the staff, doctor and patients happy to be with you.
Dr. Manning graduated from UCLA in 1986 with a BS in Kinesiology and from Northwestern University in Chicago with a DDS degree in 1993, and has been serving the Central Coast since then. Dr. Manning has extensive experience in difficult restorative work, endodontic therapy (root canals), surgical extractions, and cosmetic work, many times having patients referred to our office by other dentists for such cases.
Dr. Manning is equally happy to take care of children for simple cleanings and restorative needs as well as teaching and emphasizing at home care for both children and adults.
Dr. Manning is a married father of three, a youth football, baseball and basketball coach. His wife Margerie, is a retired general dentist and family manager.
Michelle has been Dr. Manning's office Manager and assistant since 1995. She can answer just about anything regarding insurance or treatment.
