Appointments: We request two working-days notice for appointment changes and cancellations so that the appointment time can be offered to patients on our waiting list. For not doing so there will be a fee up to the full cost of the appointment.
• We do not accept new patients outside office hours.
• Our after-hours answering service cannot schedule or cancel appointments. Please call during office hours.
On Call:
• One of our doctors is always on call for urgent questions from current patients.
• Questions about new issues require an office visit.
