At Pediatric Associates of North Atlanta we and our friendly staff offer all aspects of pediatrics medical services:

What is a Pediatrician?
A pediatrician is a physician whose specific specialty is caring for children from birth to 21 years of age. Pediatricians address acute and chronic illnesses, learning disabilities, behavioral issues and the growth and development of children. Our goal is to help ensure that children grow into mentally and physical healthy, productive and happy adults.

Scheduling Tips

There is often a time pressure for your children to have their annual physicals. This may be true throughout the year, but especially during the summer months. We understand that forms may be required for camps and school as they start their new academic year. Please note the information below to make scheduling and obtaining completed forms as easily and efficiently as possible.

Wellness visits

The provider's schedules are available 3 months in advance.  Advance scheduling makes it more likely that your child can see the provider of your choice, and at a time that is convenient for you. Your child's growth and development will be monitored, and age-appropriate vaccinations will be given. An updated vaccine record is immediately available.  Turnaround time for immunization records, camp forms and physical forms is quickest at the physical. Please tell us what you need at the beginning of the visit.

Med checks and Telemed Checks

These can also be scheduled up to 3 months in advance.  Please remember that at the most your prescriptions will last for 90 days.  Return visits need to be scheduled 90 days out or earlier. If you schedule the next med check later, it is very likely that the medication will run out. Typically, the doctors cannot refill scheduled medications without a med check.

Tips for Obtaining School Forms

The average turnaround time for forms (Physical forms, 3231, 3300, Camp, etc.) is 3-5 business days; (certain forms may require more time).  This time requirement is the same whether the request is received via phone/e mail, or the forms are dropped off.  Please be aware that as we receive many requests daily, we may be unable to honor last-minute requests.
