Dear Valued Patients and Friends,

I would like to personally thank you for your continued trust and confidence in me and for allowing me to care for your dental needs through the years. My mission has always been to serve patients by offering the highest quality care delivered in a compassionate environment. After serving this community for over thirty-five (35) years, I have decided to sell my practice. I will continue to provide dental care to our patients for a few more years before retirement. In making this decision, it was important to me to find a dentist to care for our patients with the same mission and value that we have, and feel confident that we have found that in Dr. Thomas A. McKee. He is a caring, talented, and experienced dentist who possesses the highest qualifications. He has been in private practice in Virginia Beach for twenty (20) years and will bring his practice and team members into my location in the coming months.

Dr. McKee will acquire my practice effective January 3, 2022, to be your part-time dentist, while I will continue provide dental care full-time. Dr. McKee is extremely skilled in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry. He strives to provide excellent dental care to you and your family in a gentle and compassionate manner. Dr. McKee is committed to providing the absolute best personalized, state-of-the-art care available in dentistry today.

Dr. Thomas McKee is a 1989 graduate of Virginia Military Institute, and he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Medical College of Virginia in 1993. He has taken numerous continuing education courses in cosmetic and restorative dentistry to keep abreast with the field’s changing technologies. He resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia with his wife, Dana. Dr. McKee has the same desire as I do to take care of our patients, educate them, and provide options for their dental care.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. McKee as the new owner of our practice. I know you will be pleased with Dr. McKee and will extend to him the same courtesy and loyalty that you have afforded me. At your next visit, you will continue to see the same talented, caring staff who will continue to be a part of your Dental needs as well, continuing to provide the personalized customer service that you have come to expect from the practice of Ronald A. Kondoff, DDS. In essence, nothing will change as you, my friends and patients see and experience things except some exciting décor changes and billing letterhead. Amy and Vicki will continue to handle all your scheduling and insurance needs. The clinical team, Paula, Dee, Hannah, and Veronica will continue to care for all your oral health needs as always.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve as your dentist for so many years. Many of you are more than just patients, but friends who we look forward to seeing at each visit. Dr. McKee is excited to begin this journey of providing outstanding care to you, our valued patients, for many years to come.
