For your convenience, we have two office locations.
Our Breese office is located in Suite 111 of Physician Office Building I at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Holy Cross Lane. The office is directly across from the hospital’s Outpatient Registration area.

Our Shiloh office is located in Suite A at 1941 Frank Scott Parkway East. The building is located behind the Green Mount Crossing shopping plaza and adjacent to the Goddard School.

Appointments
Attempts will be made to see patients by appointment only. If you are unable to keep a previously scheduled appointment, you are asked to notify our office within 24 hours. There will be a $10 charge for "no-shows," that is, appointments which are missed for which we did not receive a phone call. This includes appointments which are made on the day seen ("same-day" appointments).
Walk-in appointments disrupt and delay Dr. Morra's and other patients' schedules, and are discouraged. If your child must be seen on an emergency basis, in the judgment of Dr. Morra, every effort will be made to accommodate you.
Additional charges may be billed to you or your insurance company for emergency appointments.
Special note must be made for families with more than two children. We ask that you attempt to make appointments for only two children at a time, and bring additional children later on the same day or on another day.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most major insurances, as well as patients covered by Medicaid programs.
We accept Medicaid as a primary provider, but not as a secondary insurance.
Payment Options
We ask for payment of copays and outstanding balances at the time of service. We accept payment via cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards. If checks are returned, we charge a fee and ask that from thence forward, you use another method of payment.
Hospital Affiliations
Dr. Morra maintains staff privileges at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center, both in St. Louis, MO. Hospital ER visits and hospital admissions are handled by pediatricians who are at the above locations. There are some ERs in our area who provide pediatric care as well. Memorial East, Memorial Belleville, St. Elizabeth's and Anderson hospitals are all providers of pediatric care.
