Barb Fedorowich
Barb is our Office Manager, looking after the business side of the Practice. She looks after all of the day to day tasks of running the Practice, leaving Craig to focus on patient care. Fun fact, she used to be Craig's Dental Assistant!
Chelsey O'Connor RDH
Chelsey is our Dental Hygienist. Her focus is helping our patients maintain the foundation structures for oral health. Gums and supporting bone, like the foundation of a house need to be strong and stable. In her capable hands, she helps our patients prevent and control gum disease. When not at work, her second passion is physical heath and well being, licensed as a Personal Trainer.
Jackie Coulter RDA
Jackie is key in the day to day provision of clincial dentistry. Her job is to prepare and help care for you during your appointment. She is also certified with a Scaling Module to look after the hygiene needs of our patients with gingivitis. She is licensed as an Orthodontic Assistant looking after our patients with braces; and has special training in Temporomandibular Dysfunction (TMJ).
Dori Vince RDA
Dori is also one of our Dental Assistants. Alongside Jackie and Pam, she will organize in preparation for your visit, answer your dental questions, make you feel comfortable, and assist Craig with your dental treatments. On Friday's you will find her both at the front desk in place of Janice and in the back keeping up with sterilization. Dori completed her training at CDI college in WPG and plans on continuing her education with an Orthodontic Module in the future.
Pam McLeod
Pam is the newest addiioin to our team! She is a newly graduated dental assistant from Red River College. She has all the new knowledge on infection control protocols as she went through school during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Michelle Knight
Michelle, with previous experience in healthcare is our Sterilization Assistant. She ensures that our instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized and ready for you. Of course, she is always ready and able to step in and assist when needed.
Janice Maxwell
Last, but certainly not least, is our Administrative Assistant, Janice. Hers will be the first voice you hear when you call us. You will not find a more pleasant woman anywhere. Her job is to listen to your problem and book the time you need. She is our resident expert on insurance plans and will address all of your financial needs.
